Low voltage works for solar at hardware manufacturer

Project Description

This project involved the installation of a new 630 amp power supply to a 4-way MCCB (Moulded Case Circuit Breaker) panel board. The power supply consists of 200mm single-core SWA (Steel Wire Armoured) cables that were installed on a new ladder rack. All work was completed to provide the necessary power infrastructure for a new solar installation project at a factory.

The scope of work included:

Cable Installation:  The 200mm single-core SWA cables were installed on a new ladder rack run. This ensures the cables are properly supported, protected, and routed to their destination.

Panel Board Installation: A 4-way MCCB panel board was installed to serve as the distribution point for the new solar system. The MCCBs provide essential circuit protection for the various loads.

Termination and Testing: The 630 amp supply was terminated at the panel board, and the entire installation was tested to ensure it complies with all relevant safety and operational standards.
